Xpheno, a specialist staffing firm, announced the launch of its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) vertical, expanding its service portfolio beyond staffing and talent consulting. To spearhead the new vertical, the company has appointed Sharin Kariappa as Head of RPO.
After 8 years and more than 30,000 GCC placements, Xpheno is leveraging its proven expertise in setting up and scaling talent functions for global capability centres (GCCs) in India.
