White Rivers Media (WRM), the independent digital agency, has been appointed by SMFG India Credit, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) and a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (SMFG), to spearhead the company’s digital transformation journey.
Under this mandate, WRM will design and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aimed at strengthening SMFG India Credit’s online presence and enhancing customer engagement across the country, with a focus on empowering underserved segments.
As part of the collaboration, WRM will work on expanding SMFG India Credit’s digital footprint by participating in cultural conversations, driving engagement-led narratives, and delivering content intended to connect with diverse audience segments across the country.
