Reshu Tyagi has been appointed as the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, and The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa. A seasoned hospitality professional with over 18 years of experience, Reshu brings a wealth of expertise in luxury hotel sales, revenue management, and brand positioning.
In her most recent role as Director of Sales & Marketing for Raffles Udaipur, she played a pivotal role in repositioning the property within the ultra-luxury segment.
Prior to this, Reshu served as Director – Leisure Sales (South Asia) for Marriott International, overseeing sales strategies for hotels across India, Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. She was instrumental in driving revenue through strategic market penetration, identifying new business segments, and securing high-value partnerships.
An alumnus of IHM Meerut, she has also held key leadership roles at Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa, Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon, Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon, The Imperial New Delhi, and Hyatt Hotels.
Throughout her career, Reshu has been recognized for her strategic foresight, ability to build high-performance teams, and exceptional stakeholder management. She has successfully represented leading hotels at global trade shows such as ITB Berlin, ILTM Cannes, ILTM Singapore, and ATM Dubai, further solidifying her reputation as a luxury hospitality expert.
With her extensive experience in sales and sharp strategic vision, she brings a dynamic, results-oriented approach to the role.
