Wellopia, a kids-first health and wellness startup, has raised over ₹8 crore in a seed funding round led by Fireside Ventures.
The round also saw participation from Sharrp Ventures (Harsh Mariwala family’s investment office), Antler India, and angel investors such as Arjun Vaidya (V3 Ventures), Avnish Chhabria (Wellbeing Nutrition), and Mohit Gupta (Lyskraft).
The funds raised will be used to launch its first range of products, and hire across product, growth, marketing & operations.
Founded in 2025 by Sanil Bhatia and Vishakha Paliwal under ESCA Consumer Health, Wellopia is a kids-first health and wellness brand that creates science-backed, clean-label remedies and wellness essentials.
The brand is building for a market underserved by traditional wellness products—children aged 2 to 12.
The company plans to launch three products by August-end across Amazon, Flipkart, and its own D2C website. Post-launch, it will scale distribution through quick commerce D2C channels and then expand into offline retail. From its dosage formats to its packaging, every element of the product is tailored for kids.
Sanil Bhatia said, “When our 3-year-old started getting regular colds and coughs, we were on the lookout for natural and efficient remedies. Our interactions with other parents of kids in the 2-12 years age revealed the massive white space in clean, natural and non-additive remedial products. That’s when we decided to build clean, effective and joyful wellness products for kids.”
Prayag Mohanty, Principal, Fireside Ventures, said, “This is our 4th investment in a kids-focused brand. Kids as a segment is a huge opportunity. The idea of this seed funding is to lead Wellopia to product market fit with the help of early investors.”
