Waterfield Advisors, a multi-family office and wealth advisory firm, has announced the appointment of three seasoned professionals to its senior leadership team as it accelerates its next phase of growth and transformation.
Joining the firm are Riddhiman Jain as Managing Director and Head of Investment Strategy & Solutions, Abhishek Damani as Managing Director, Alternative Investments, and Saurabh Arora as Managing Director and Chief of Human Resources.
Riddhiman Jain, a veteran with over 15 years of global investment experience with Credit Suisse and UBS across Singapore, Hong Kong, and India, will lead the firm’s investment strategy and product innovation. He brings deep expertise across discretionary mandates, advisory, mutual funds, alternatives, and digital wealth tools. His appointment is pivotal to Waterfield’s ambition to offer high-impact global advisory to UHNIs by combining human insight with technology-driven investment solutions.
Abhishek Damani joins to expand Waterfield’s private market offerings. With a rich background in fund investments, co-investments, and secondaries, Abhishek previously led India and Southeast Asia investments at Quilvest Capital Partners. At Waterfield, he will oversee portfolio construction for separately managed accounts, lead the firm’s GP-led solutions and further strengthen the firm’s core Fund of Funds platform.
Saurabh Arora, who brings over two decades of HR leadership across global financial services firms such as Morgan Stanley and Russell Investments, will drive the firm’s talent and culture agenda. As Chief of HR, he will spearhead organizational development, talent acquisition, performance frameworks, and help position Waterfield as an employer of choice in the wealth management space.
