VDart Digital, a global digital and technology consulting firm, announced the appointment of Mohamed Irfan Peeran as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
He brings with him extensive leadership experience from previous roles at the State of Michigan, Ford Motor Company, and Peer Solutions Group Inc. Sidd Ahmed, Founder of VDart, will continue in his role as Group CEO, providing visionary leadership across the company’s broader portfolio.
Irfan steps into the role after serving as Managing Director, where he played a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth, driving strategic diversification, and spearheading its global expansion.
As managing director, Irfan led the successful expansion into emerging markets, including the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, and India, positioning them as key growth and delivery hubs for the company. He also played a central role in building out VDart Digital’s solutions portfolio, spanning AI, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms, making it a trusted partner for global enterprises seeking end-to-end transformation.
