Value 360 Communications, an integrated communication and brand-building firm, has been appointed as the public relations and brand communications partner for Womancart, an online retailer offering multi-category beauty products.
The agreement, signed on November 24, 2025, includes a comprehensive communications mandate covering strategic advisory, media relations, content-driven storytelling, and reputation management.
Under the mandate, Value 360 will provide strategic counsel, media relations, content-led storytelling, and reputation management for Womancart. The agency will work towards building a clear, consistent, and future-focused communication framework, aligned with Womancart’s expansion plans. This includes crafting sharper brand narratives, developing press releases and media kits, and driving pan-India media outreach across key markets such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
Under the mandate, Value 360 will provide strategic counsel, media relations, content development and reputation management. The scope includes the development of press materials and media kits, media outreach across key markets including Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, as well as ongoing media monitoring and structured strategic reviews.
The agency will also manage ongoing media tracking, periodic strategic evaluations, and identify relevant awards, industry platforms, and selective paid opportunities to strengthen brand credibility.
The engagement also covers the identification of awards, events and paid opportunities relevant to the brand, alongside influencer-led storytelling through Value 360 Group’s ClanConnect platform.
As part of the engagement, Value 360 will conduct monthly and quarterly strategic reviews alongside ongoing media monitoring to enable data-led communication decisions. The mandate also includes media briefings and exclusive leadership interactions, positioning Womancart’s senior management as credible voices on industry-relevant themes and issues important to its target audiences.
