Valtech, the experience innovation company, has appointed Rasika Narang as its first Executive Director, Growth for its marketing agency service offering in the Americas.
Narang brings over 15 years of experience as a growth strategist and innovator. She will be instrumental in unifying Valtech’s extensive expertise in digital products and commerce with marketing and creativity. Her role will focus on driving impactful growth for clients across the region.
Most recently she was the Chief Growth Officer at cultural movement marketing firm, StrawberryFrog. Her experience includes leadership roles at Ogilvy, where she led rebranding, marketing and digital transformation initiatives for brands such as Philips, Lenovo, DuPont, IBM, SAP and L’Oréal. Her experience in both agency and in-house marketing, gives her a unique perspective on client challenges. She also sits on the Board of Directors of the American Marketing Association.
