Unicommerce eSolutions has appointed Abhishek Mangaraj to lead operations & customer success across India, and Divya Sharma to head the marketing function at Unicommerce.
With nearly 15 years of experience across diverse industries and global markets, Abhishek has exceptional leadership in customer success, enterprise SaaS, and business growth. His expertise spans Conversational AI, Digital Automation, CRM, E-commerce, Customer & Retail Analytics, Omnichannel, AI, and Computer Vision. Abhishek joins Unicommerce from Kapture CX, where he served as Vice President of Customer Success.
In this role, Abhishek will oversee customer success, key accounts management, and customer support and retention, leveraging his extensive experience in the SaaS industry to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Abhishek is an alumnus of PESIT, Bangalore, and IIM Shillong.
Divya brings over a decade of deep marketing leadership across high-growth SaaS and consumer-tech companies. She has held pivotal roles at CleverTap, Locus, and Ai Palette, where she built marketing engines from the ground up, drove full-funnel demand generation across global markets, and scaled marketing programs across India, United States, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Her expertise lies in aligning the brand voice with business outcomes, leading revenue marketing, and building high-impact teams that power growth.
In her new role, Divya will focus on building a cohesive brand narrative and go-to-market engine across Unicommerce, Shipway, and Convertway to drive the next phase of growth. She will oversee brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing communications across the full portfolio, driving integrated marketing efforts to strengthen category leadership and fuel growth across India and global markets.
