Two Brothers Organic Farms has appointed Arijit Gorai as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) as a part of its ongoing expansion at the senior leadership level.
In his new role, Gorai will be responsible for expanding the D2C brand’s presence across multiple channels and improving its customer experience, including new product offerings to meet the growing demand for organic food products and build brand presence in key international markets.
His responsibilities will also include innovating product offerings to meet the growing demand for organic food products and enhancing their presence in key international markets. Earlier this month, Two Brothers Organic Farms also announced the appointment of its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), and additional senior-level hiring is in progress.
Arijit brings extensive experience from his previous roles across various sectors, both in online and offline businesses.
In his last role, Gorai has served Zivame as Head of Revenue and Growth, managing the P&L for the D2C and marketplace. Previously, he had also held key roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a project leader, leading teams, and worked at PwC as a Consultant, managing SAP implementation projects across manufacturing, retail, FMCG, and mining sectors.

Earlier this month, Two Brothers Organic Farms also announced the appointment of Anumpan Kapoor its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), and additional senior-level hiring is in progress, the company said. The series of appointments follow the company’s ₹58.2 crore Series-A funding round led by Rainmatter, an investment initiative by Zerodha.
