TVS Capital Funds (TCF), a prominent growth equity firm, announced a reconstitution of its Board of Directors.
The refreshed leadership structure is aimed at deepening sectoral insights and supporting multi-decadal, founder-led businesses through capability-capital backing and institutional-grade oversight.
R. Thyagarajan has concluded his formal association with the Board after playing a foundational role in TVS Capital Funds’ journey. R Thyagarajan will continue to guide as ‘Mentor Emeritus’.
Pradeep Kumar and Rajeev Gupta are moving on from active Board responsibilities.
As part of this leadership renewal, TVS Capital Funds announced the appointment of three accomplished business leaders as Independent Directors:
- Shyam Srinivasan, former MD & CEO of Federal Bank, will serve as the Senior Advisor and Operating Partner, offering his extensive knowledge in Financial Services, institution building and market leadership.
- Subhasri Sriram, Managing Director & CEO of Shriram Capital, is appointed as an Independent Director, contributing over thirty years of leadership in financial services and corporate governance.
- Mithun Sacheti, Founder and former Managing Director of CaratLane, joins the Board, bringing a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and expertise in scaling digital consumer businesses.
