TVS Capital Funds (TCF), a growth private equity fund manager, announced the elevation of Suraj Majee and Ravi Krishnan to the role of Principal.
Suraj has been promoted from Vice President to Principal in the Investments team. Since joining TVS Capital Funds in 2016, Suraj has played a key role in shaping the firm’s investment strategy, particularly in the financial services sector. His journey from Analyst to Principal reflects his deep domain expertise, execution excellence, and commitment to building enduring businesses.
Ravi Krishnan has been promoted from Vice President to Principal in the Finance team. His elevation is a recognition of his leadership in strengthening the firm’s financial operations, governance, and compliance frameworks. Ravi has consistently demonstrated strategic foresight and operational rigour in managing fund finance.
