Trozo, a Bangalore-based deeptech engagement platform, has raised an undisclosed amount in its seed funding round from StartFresh Ventures.
The funds raised will be used to accelerate product development, strengthen its technology, and expand operations across India and the Middle East.
The company also plans to use the funds to onboard 100+ brands in the next 3 months and reach 100,000+ users across India and the Middle East.
Founded in 2025 by Pavan Govindan, Janardhan J V, and Dilip Adiga, Trozo focuses on enabling brands in the food and beverage, D2C, and retail sectors to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
The platform offers an integrated ecosystem that provides direct consumer intelligence, actionable data insights, and solutions for improving retention and loyalty.
Trozo has already onboarded several early-stage brand partners across retail, F&B and D2C.
Pavan Govindan, CEO & Co-founder, Trozo, said, “This funding allows us to accelerate product development and deepen our mission to help F&B, D2C, and retail brands turn revenue into relationships. With Startfresh’s support, we are confident of building the most impactful customer engagement ecosystem in the market. Their platform gives brands something they’ve never had before — direct, actionable consumer intelligence at scale.”
BM Manjunath, Founder, Partner at StartFresh, said, “We believe Trozo is solving one of the most urgent problems for brands today, the lack of customer insights and Business overview. Their technology allows businesses to own the relationship with their customers, not just rent them through third-party platforms. We are excited to back the team as they scale.”
Raghuram Madabushi, venture investor, said, “Startfresh looks for founders and startups that are building the future in Deep tech. Trozo and the team are doing exactly that.”
