TreZix, a Mumbai-based SaaS startup to streamline export-import (EXIM) operations, has raised $2 million in seed funding round led by Morphosis Venture Capital and Pentathlon Ventures.
The newly raised funds will be raised to strengthen engagement with Indian businesses and penetrate the U.S. market. TreZix also plans product expansion and enhances its platform to simplify and expedite the integration process.
Previously in 2023, TreZix has raised $1.2 million in seed funding from Soha Ventures and angel investors. The funding also included grants from the Government of Gujarat.
“This funding marks a significant milestone in our journey to become the leading solution for EXIM operations globally. We are excited to empower more businesses with efficient and smarter ways to manage their cross-border trade processes,” said Sunil Kharbanda, Co-founder and COO of TreZix.
“TreZix is addressing a critical gap in the cross-border trade ecosystem with its innovative approach to EXIM process management. The traction TreZix has gained demonstrates a clear demand for such solutions, and we are thrilled to partner with them as they scale globally and support more businesses in international trade,” said Saurabh Lahoti at Pentathlon Ventures.
“EXIM management is a massive global problem and solving it requires deep domain understanding along with technological expertise. At TreZix, we have a fantastic team with decades of supply chain and technology experience, and we are excited to partner with them as they build a critical part of global trade infrastructure,” said Amit Zutshi, Managing Partner at Morphosis Venture Capital.
Founded in 2020 by Kharbanda, Haresh Calcuttawala and Shailesh Sapale, TreZix helps enterprises streamline and optimize their global trade processes with its comprehensive digital EXIM platform.
By offering an end-to-end solution that facilitates seamless external collaboration, TreZix provides businesses with a unified platform for managing all aspects of their EXIM operations.
