Treebo Hospitality Ventures announced the elevation of Hardik Goyal as Founding Partner. Having been associated with THV since its inception, Goyal has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, grooming its next generation of leaders, and steering its evolution.
In addition to his new role as Founding Partner, Goyal will continue to serve as the Chief Commercial Officer, a role in which Goyal has been responsible for all revenue-generating functions at THV, including brand direct sales, corporate sales, OTA sales, pricing, and revenue planning & strategy. His work on building sustainable demand systems, pricing strategies, and property-level performance models has been instrumental in delivering consistent value to both guests and partners.
As Founding Partner, Goyal will take on an expanded mandate: deepening THV’s presence in tier-2/3/4 cities, accelerating hotel portfolio growth, and advancing the company’s technology-driven solutions under its Hotel Superhero brand. In addition to continuing as CCO, he will work closely with the co-founder to shape Treebo’s long-term strategy, foster high-performing teams, and spearhead innovation in guest experience and operational efficiency.
