The Wedding Company (TWC), an end-to-end wedding planning and services platform, has recorded ₹40 crore in Gross Order Value (GOV) within just 12 months. TWC is now targeting a 3X surge in FY26, with a projected revenue of ₹120 crore.
Recently, the company has successfully recorded a significant leap by scaling the wedding services booking value to ₹10 crore+ MOM basis that includes venue, decor, photography and value-added services.

Incepted in 2023 and led by Pawan Gupta and Rahul Namdev, The Wedding Company addresses the widening gap between couples and vendors for weddings of ₹10 Lakh to ₹50 Lakh budget range, a segment that accounts for 20-30% of India’s $130 billion wedding market.
The Wedding Company claims to have booked over 1000 weddings and ₹150 crore in total service value to date. It claims to have fulfilled over ₹52 crore worth of orders. Additionally, it is planning to deliver ₹120 crore within the current fiscal.
The Wedding company is based on a multi-pronged revenue model. It charges wedding planning and service assurance fees from customers, while suppliers pay them for their bulk booking and annual contracts. This dual model allows The Wedding Company to offer clients competitive pricing, while ensuring dependable service quality through its curated partner network of 2000+ suppliers across 8 cities of operations in India.
The Wedding Company focuses on weddings for middle and upper-middle-class Indians who need the reliability of services with organized wedding planning and event fulfillment assurance without hiring expensive wedding planners. Around 90% of its orders are for weddings between ₹10-50 Lakh budget while 10% of its orders are in between ₹50 Lakh to ₹5 crore budget.
