The Phoenix Mills (PML), the retail and commercial real estate developer, has announced the appointment of Vithal Suryavanshi as Chief Executive Officer – Commercial Real Estate.
With over three decades of experience in commercial leasing and strategic real estate development, Vithal brings deep industry expertise and a strong track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and building long-term value.
In his role as CEO – Commercial Real Estate at The Phoenix Mills, he will lead the company’s commercial business strategy, focusing on:
- Revenue enhancement and asset optimization
- Strategic tenant engagement and market partnerships
- Operational excellence through process innovation
- Marketing initiatives to position and promote commercial assets
- Financial planning and performance forecasting
An alumnus of NMIMS (Executive MBA) and the University of Chicago’s Accelerated Development Program, Vithal has previously held senior leadership positions at Mayfair Housing, K. Raheja Corp, and Brookfield Properties, where he led landmark commercial developments, business growth strategies, and real estate investments.
