A seasoned hospitality leader with over two decades of distinguished experience in the luxury hotel sector, Agarwal brings a blend of operational acumen, strategic insight, and people-centered leadership to his new position. His career spans leadership roles across prestigious hotel brands and global markets, reflecting a deep commitment to elevating guest experiences and empowering high-performing teams.
Prior to assuming his role in Bengaluru, Agarwal most recently served as Vice President & General Manager of The Leela Palace Chennai, where his leadership significantly enhanced service standards and strengthened the property’s brand positioning.
