A seasoned business leader with over 18 years of experience, Ankur brings a strong track record of delivering operational excellence and driving strategic growth in the FM and security services sector. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as Tenon FM continues to evolve into a future-ready, technology-led enterprise.
As CEO, Ankur will be responsible for steering the company’s strategic roadmap with a sharp focus on strengthening the bottom line, boosting operational efficiencies, and accelerating innovation.
He will lead Tenon FM’s expansion across domestic and international markets, deepen client engagement, and cultivate high-performance teams to deliver next-generation facility management solutions.
Ankur has been an integral part of the Tenon Group since 2008, having joined its flagship security company, Peregrine Guarding. Over the years, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, a deep understanding of client needs, and a consistent ability to deliver results.
An MBA graduate and former professional at Sodexo Facility Management India, Ankur began his career developing results-driven sales strategies and has since evolved into a dynamic leader known for unlocking value and building trusted client partnerships.
