Team Pumpkin, an integrated marketing and brand communications agency, announced the appointment of Vinod Khandelwal as Chief Growth Officer – D2C & Lifestyle Brands | eCommerce, Sourcing & Brand Strategy.
Vinod Khandelwal brings with him over 17 years of extensive experience in e-commerce, product development, and sourcing, having held senior leadership roles with some of India’s most respected brands.
Most recently, he served as Head of Product & E-Commerce at Springwel Mattresses, where he was instrumental in developing innovative product ranges and building robust D2C and marketplace businesses. Prior to that, he played a pivotal role at Nilkamal, overseeing buying, sourcing, merchandising, and e-commerce growth, and was key to the launch and scaling of the Doctor Dreams mattress brand.
Throughout his career, Vinod has demonstrated a keen ability to identify market trends, manage end-to-end product development, and drive profitability across both online and offline channels. His expertise spans annual budgeting, global trend analysis, vendor management, omnichannel strategy, and customer relationship management. His leadership has consistently delivered value, innovation, and operational excellence to every organization he has been a part of.
