Team Marksmen Network (TMN), the B2B media firm announced the appointment of Rishi Kapoor as CEO & Director.
In his new role, Kapoor will lead TMN’s strategic growth initiatives, overseeing all aspects of business operations, with a focus on expanding the company’s market presence and developing innovative client solutions.
In addition to his leadership role, Kapoor will also be part of TMN’s revised capitalization table, becoming a key equity stakeholder in the company. This alignment of interests underscores his personal commitment to the company’s long-term success and growth.
Kapoor brings over 20 years of extensive expertise in building and managing sustainable verticals within the media industry, with a proven record of helping organizations achieve their strategic objectives while maintaining a sharp focus on both top & bottom-line performance.
In his most recent role as Partner at Sapphire Human Capital, he successfully built new business verticals including Sapphire Connect, launching multiple industry-led IPs and exclusive C-Suite communities such as Thought Leaders of India and India Diversity Forum – the first & only body in the country focused on creating awareness on DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion).
Previously, as Senior Director at ET Edge (A division of Times Group) he was part of the core team that launched the business and played a key role in establishing and scaling numerous successful initiatives, both domestically and internationally. His impressive career also includes leadership positions at Planman Consulting, HT Media, IDG Media, and Monster India.
