With over two decades of leadership experience in the Indian Army and a strong background in learning and development, Keats will spearhead SmartWinnr’s strategic operations while focusing on expanding the company’s presence in India and emerging markets.
In his role as Chief of Staff, Keats will be responsible for optimizing organizational functions, aligning sales team efforts with company growth objectives, and driving strategic initiatives across global markets. His expertise in digital transformation and strategic operations will be instrumental in scaling SmartWinnr’s AI-driven solutions, particularly in the life sciences and BFSI sectors.
During his distinguished military career, he led several transformative initiatives, including pioneering the Agnipath Recruitment Scheme and automating recruitment workflows for the Indian Army’s Common Entrance Exam, which resulted in a 60% reduction in lead times.
Keats holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, where he was recognized as a Dean’s Lister. He is also certified in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma. As a certified international trainer with the United Nations, he has extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs for multinational teams.
