Signpost India, a digital out-of-home media tech company, announced the appointment of Swati Sinha as Head of Human Resources. She will be based at the Head office in Mumbai.
Swati is a strategic and results-driven HR leader with nearly two decades of experience driving people strategy across various industries.
She joins Signpost India from Gensol Group, where she served as Senior Consultant – Human Resources.
In her current role, she will head the HR function with a key focus on HR initiatives that align talent with organisational goals, foster an inclusive culture, and fuel performance.
