Shoppers Stop, a premium fashion, beauty, and gifting omnichannel destination, has appointed Nabamita Banerjee as Customer Care Associate and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
With over 18 years of diverse HR experience across IT, Retail, and QSR industries, Nabamita brings expertise in Business Partnering, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, HR Operations, Inclusion & Diversity, Social Impact, and Change Management.
Prior to joining Shoppers Stop, she served as Head of Human Resources at Tata Starbucks for over 5.5 years, with an overall tenure of 11 years, and has previously worked with Apparel Group and Patni Computers, where she led Business HR, International HR, and Compensation & Benefits for over 15,000 employees across India and EMEA, playing a pivotal role in policy design and driving the offshorization of HR processes.
