With over eight years of experience in luxury hospitality and a proven track record in guest experience enhancement, Ishita brings with her a dynamic blend of operational excellence, team empowerment, and heartfelt service.
Ishita joins Shangri-La Bengaluru from Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, where she held the position of Guest Experience Manager. From her early days at Jaipur Marriott to managerial roles at Conrad Bengaluru, Westin Hyderabad, and DoubleTree by Hilton Baani, Ishita has consistently delivered results that reflect her deep commitment to service quality, training, and innovation.
