Shadowfax Technologies, a technology-led third-party logistics company, announced the appointment of Praharsh Chandra (Whole-Time Director and the Chief Business Officer) and Gaurav Jaithlia (Whole-Time Director and the Head of Business Strategy) to its Board of Directors.
As directors, we believe both will continue to add strategic might to the organisation, leveraging their business acumen to guide long-term decisions on innovation, customer experience, and sustainable growth.
Shadowfax has also appointed Dinkar Gupta as Non-Executive Independent Director. He is an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer who served as the Director General of Police, Punjab (head of the police force), and retired as Director General of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in March 2024. He was awarded the police medal for gallantry in 1992 and the bar to police medal for gallantry in 1994 by the President of India. He is also a recipient of the President’s police medal for Meritorious Service in 2003 and the President’s police medal for Distinguished Service in 2011.
Recently, Shadowfax has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO.
