Servotech Power Systems, a manufacturer of EV chargers and solar solutions, has announced the appointment of Digvijay Kapoor as Vice President of Human Resources.
In his role, he will oversee the Human Capital Management function, reinforcing Servotech’s focus on cultivating talent and fostering a high-performance work culture.
As Vice President of HR at Servotech, he will lead HR initiatives across all group companies, with a focus on strategic leadership, talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, and creating a positive, values-driven workplace culture.
With 20 years of experience in human resources management, Kapoor brings extensive expertise to the organisation. His career spans leadership roles at renowned organisations like Wipro, Askme.com, Bada Business, and Aeroplast, where he played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that fostered growth and enhanced organisational performance.
Before joining Servotech, Kapoor ventured into entrepreneurship, founding an HR technology startup and working on various HR consulting projects. His entrepreneurial journey has equipped him with a forward-thinking approach to HR innovation and technology-driven solutions.
Kapoor holds an MBA in HR and Finance from Symbiosis and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
