Scribbld, a bootstrapped creative and digital agency, has announced the appointment of Mustanseer Jawadwala as its new Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
In his new role, Mustan will lead Scribbld’s growth charter, spanning revenue systems, partnerships, leadership development, and service expansion. His mandate includes building robust inbound and outbound pipelines, strengthening long-term client and partner relationships, introducing integrated marketing service lines, and creating independent, high-performing teams capable of owning full mandates end-to-end.
In the near term, Mustan will focus on strengthening Scribbld’s India leadership team, building predictable business pipelines, expanding the agency’s service mix to own more full mandates, enhancing operational discipline, and ensuring India becomes a scalable base to support UAE growth.
Prior to joining Scribbld, Mustan was Assistant Manager at Paisabazaar, where he played a key role in building ad-sales offerings, developing go-to-market strategies, setting up sales pipelines, and later working across partnerships and alliances. Across his career, he has worked closely with leading brands including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC Bank, Vidhu Vinod Chopra Films, and Benaras Media Works. Alongside his corporate journey, Mustan has also been a Chemistry educator for over nine years, reflecting his long-standing passion for teaching and team development.
