Scaler, a tech education platform, announced the appointment of Ratnakar Reddy as its new Head of the B2B business for the India and MENA region.
Ratnakar Reddy brings over 25 years of extensive experience, having held leadership roles at technology giants including Wipro, Microsoft, IBM, and most recently, Google Cloud. He possesses a deep understanding of how technology has enabled industries and of the strategic adoption of AI, reshaping business operations globally.
In his role, Ratnakar will lead Scaler’s strategic efforts to empower government, digital natives, and large-scale enterprises in their AI transformation journey, fostering continuous skill development through its industry-validated curriculum and AI-powered learning tools that provide tailored solutions for distinct regional market needs.
Over the next 6–12 months, Ratnakar’s priorities include strengthening Scaler’s market proposition as the preferred partner for skill development and expanding business coverage by building dedicated teams across India and the MENA region.
He will also focus on crafting specific curricula to address the unique needs of the IT/ITeS industry, the growing requirements of GCCs, and the emerging opportunities within the government sectors.
