Sattrix Information Security, a provider of IT and cyber-security services, has announced the appointment of Himanshu Vaish as the Global Service Delivery Officer.
With an extensive global background in Information Security, Risk Management, and Internal Controls, Vaish brings over 35 years of professional experience to this pivotal role.
In his new position, Vaish will oversee service delivery, including Security Operations Center (SOC), Network Operations Center (NOC), and Professional Services, pre-sales and strategic delivery operations setup for global partners.
Additionally, he will manage delivery risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence and seamless service delivery.
Vaish will also play a critical role in enhancing user experience by addressing customer needs, establishing strong customer relationships, and ensuring that all services consistently meet and exceed customer’s expectations.
Vaish’s career spans key leadership roles in renowned organizations such as Adept Expressions, Credit Suisse, Vtechnologist, Bank of America, Genpact LLP, Epicenter Technologies, GE Capital International Services, and Teledata Singapore Limited.
He holds an MBA in Cybersecurity Management and Risk Management and has extensive expertise in identifying mission-critical and non-critical processes based on legal, financial, and contractual considerations. He has also served as a consultant to a critical government cybersecurity task force, training senior law enforcement officials in cybersecurity, IT forensics, and cybercrime resolution.
