Sahajanand Medical Technologies (SMT), a global cardiovascular device company, announced the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Harvinder Singh as an Independent Director and Priyanka Cohen as a Director.
Harvinder Pal Singh brings over several years of leadership experience across international markets, having held senior roles at Integra Life Sciences Corporation and Abbott Laboratories. He is currently the Executive Vice President and President, International at Integra Life Sciences Corporation. Prior to that, Singh held several key global leadership positions at Abbott Laboratories.
Priyanka Dhirajlal Cohen, a trial attorney by profession and one of the promoters, joins the board with a strong background in law, governance, and public service. She has held roles at the U.S. Department of Justice and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
