Routematic, a corporate mobility solutions provider, announced the appointment of Chidananda Murthy as Vice President – People and Culture. Chidananda brings over 20 years of experience with leading global brands in HR leadership roles.
In this role, Chidananda will lead Routematic’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture, fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace.
Prior to joining Routematic, he led the HR function for Walmart Global Sourcing across India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, where he spearheaded initiatives like business expansion, talent retention programs, talent reviews, succession planning, and HR operations for the region. He has also worked with Nokia Networks, IBM, Oracle, and Huawei, successfully driving HR strategy, post-M&A integrations, leadership development, and workforce transformation.
