Route Mobile, a global cloud communication platform service provider, has named Rajdipkumar Gupta as CEO. The announcement follows the resignation of Gautam Badalia, who was elevated to CEO in November 2024.
Gupta is Founder and Managing Director of the company, and has been a key leadership figure in the organization’s evolution since its beginnings in 2004. He will continue in his role as Managing Director in addition to this latest appointment.
Route Mobile also appointed Sammy Mamdani, Executive Vice President – Group Head – Global Operations, as Chief Operating Officer, effective 17 July 2025.
Mamdani leads Route Mobile’s global operations, overseeing daily management and coordination across international offices. With 18+ years of experience, he has held senior roles at Protiviti (formerly Andersen Consulting), a Mumbai-based investment firm, and has served as COO at Cellent Technologies (India), acquired by Route Mobile in 2016. He holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
