The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore announced the appointment of Jyotsna Kanwar as the Director of Sales and Marketing. With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jyotsna brings a wealth of expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relations, coupled with a passion for driving business growth and enhancing guest experiences.
Jyotsna began her hospitality career in 1999 and has since worked with prominent brands such as ITC, Taj and The Leela Palace. Most recently, she held the position of Director of Sales at The Leela Palace, Bengaluru.
She has successfully led sales teams, exceeded revenue targets, and developed key client relationships throughout her career.
In her role at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore Jyotsna will focus on formulating and executing sales strategies, building lasting partnerships, and optimizing resources for maximizing revenue. She will also work closely with the hotel’s leadership team to ensure that the sales and marketing efforts align with the luxury experience offered by The Ritz-Carlton.
