RISE Infraventures, a real estate advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Ajay Malik as its Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
Bringing nearly 20 years of experience with him, Ajay has been associated with some of the most respected names in the real estate sector, including Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, and Realistic Realtors. His career also includes international exposure in Dubai with Betterhomes LLC, where he specialised in commercial leasing and tenant advisory services. Over the years, he has built a reputation for driving strategic growth, managing large-scale transactions, and strengthening partnerships across residential, commercial, and investment verticals.
In his new role as Chief Strategy Officer, Ajay Malik will be responsible for shaping RISE Infraventures’ long-term growth strategy by leveraging his expertise in real estate investments advisory, transaction structuring, and commercial leasing. He will focus on driving strategic initiatives, strengthening market positioning, and building scalable business models to capture emerging opportunities.
Additionally, Ajay will play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams, enhancing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that the company’s strategy aligns with its vision of delivering value-driven real estate solutions.
