RIR Power Electronics, a manufacturer of high-power semiconductor devices and equipment, announced the appointment of Perry Schugart as Global Marketing and Business Development Executive.
Schugart brings decades of experience in driving growth strategies, maximizing profitability and building sustainable competitive advantages across SMEs and Global 500 companies.
Prior to joining RIR Power Electronics, Perry led marketing and business development activities for Microchip Technology’s Silicon Carbide (SiC) business unit, where he significantly enhanced brand visibility and market positioning.
He has also held senior leadership roles at Silicon Power Corporation, Inficon, ABB and American Superconductor Corporation (AMSC), where his innovative approaches consistently delivered exceptional growth and market expansion.
