Rapture Innovation Labs, a deep-tech audio startup has successfully raised ₹50 lakh in funding from Peyush Bansal on Shark Tank India Season 4. This investment, which includes ₹50 lakh for 1% equity and 1% advisory shares, values the company at ₹50 crore.
The funds raised will be used to scale manufacturing & operations, develop new production and deepen market reach. Funds will be also invested in R&D and marketing.

Founded in 2018 by Navajith Karkera and Jagath Biddappa, Rapture Innovation Labs is a deep-tech audio company that has created patented immersive audio technology.

This patented technology powers the company’s flagship product, Sonic Lamb, headphones with integrated subwoofers. Tested and tuned in Denmark and shipped to over 40 countries, Sonic Lamb has earned accolades from tech publications and won several prestigious product awards.
The company is also making strides in the automotive audio sector with its Impulse Drivers, delivering a next-level immersive sound experience for vehicles. Rapture is currently working on proof-of-concept (PoC) projects with premium and luxury automotive brands.
Rapture Innovation Labs aims to close this fiscal year with ₹2 crore in revenue, with projections reaching ₹10 crore in the upcoming fiscal year.
