Randstad India, a talent company, has announced the appointment of Cauvery Uthappa as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Cauvery brings with her over two decades of diverse experience in marketing, strategy, and leadership. Cauvery comes with successful previous leadership stints at Adecco, TeamLease Services, Atos, Siemens, HP, 24/7 Inc., ESPN Star Sports, and Motorola.
She has demonstrated expertise in sales, analytics, business transformation, and integrated go-to-market strategies across both B2B and B2C sectors. Known for her creative, innovative, and forward-thinking approach, she has built admired brands, driven customer-centric growth, and positioned marketing as a board-level strategic function.
In her new role, Cauvery will spearhead the planning and execution of Randstad India’s marketing strategy, aligned with the global vision to build integrated, impactful, and future-ready marketing functions. Her priorities will include delivering strong APAC strategic alignment, winning local execution, and engaging talent and client communities to enable profitable growth. In addition to leading Randstad India’s marketing strategy, she will continue to drive operational excellence in digital, AI-first strategy, and build a consistent and cohesive brand presence in the market.
