Ramee Group of Hotels announced the appointment of Nandkishor Mahadik as the Director of Sales. With 16 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry and a total of 25 years in sales, Mahadik brings a wealth of expertise in revenue growth, sales strategy, and market expansion.
In his new role, Mahadik will be responsible for strategizing and executing plans to enhance organizational revenue growth. He will lead the sales team to achieve corporate goals, restructure the sales process, align sales operations, and implement periodical development training programs with a structured succession plan. Additionally, he will ensure that the Pan India sales team is aligned with the vision of the organization.
Beyond his core responsibilities, Mahadik will support in successfully launching upcoming properties by extending sales support and building business momentum through in-depth market research. He will also collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide market intelligence and enhance brand recall among customers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
Mahadik holds a degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
