Rahul Sharma joins APCO’s International Advisory Council (IAC) as a senior advisor, APCO CEO Brad Staples announced today. Sharma will take on his new role as managing director, India, U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC).

Sharma will continue to provide APCO and its clients with strategic counsel and expertise across a range of regulatory, policy and political issues shaping the India environment. Following the recent elections, he will play a pivotal role as a senior counsellor advising clients globally on how to support their businesses within India and India-based companies on their international expansion.

“We are sad to see Rahul leave his full-time role at APCO as he is a trusted leader, advisor to clients and friend to many. However, we are thrilled that he will continue his relationship with APCO in an advisory capacity on our IAC to further support the growth of our multinational clients within India and Indian companies’ expansion around the world,” said Brad Staples, APCO CEO.
