PunToon Kids and VidUnit have announced the appointment of Sagar Panda as Vice President – Brand Partnerships.
With nearly 20 years of experience across media, advertising, and digital ecosystems, Sagar brings a strong track record of building high-impact brand alliances, scaling integrated sales solutions, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Most recently, Sagar headed the West and North regional business at Lokal News App, where he played a key role in driving regional expansion and revenue growth. His previous leadership roles include ZEE5 (Associate Director – Growth & Partnerships), Zee Entertainment, Sakal Media Group, The Hindu Group, India TV, Network18 (News18), and Dalal Street Investment Journal.
Sagar’s expertise spans digital and programmatic ad sales, native and branded content, sponsorship-led IPs, concept selling, direct sales, and revenue forecasting. Known for building and leading high-performing teams, he has consistently delivered results across both traditional and digital media platforms.
In his new role, Sagar will lead brand partnerships, integrated digital sales, and branded content initiatives across both PunToon Kids and VidUnit.
As VidUnit accelerates the development of celebrity-led digital content IPs, Sagar will be instrumental in building strategic brand partnerships around these properties—creating scalable, premium, and outcome-driven collaboration models for advertisers.
