Publicis Sapient, the digital transformation arm of Publicis Groupe, has announced the appointment of Nathalie Gaveau as Chief Client Officer for the United States and EVP, Publicis Groupe.
Based in New York, Gaveau will report jointly to Arthur Sadoun, CEO of Publicis Groupe, and Nigel Vaz, CEO of Publicis Sapient, while joining both Publicis Sapient’s global leadership team and Publicis Groupe’s U.S. ComEx leadership team.
The newly created role underscores Publicis Groupe’s ambition to accelerate client transformation journeys through AI. Gaveau will be responsible for driving growth across Publicis Sapient and Publicis Groupe by scaling AI-powered products, services, and talent across industries, enabling clients to become AI-enabled enterprises.
Gaveau brings a wealth of international and entrepreneurial experience to the role. She began her career in M&A at Lazard before co-founding PriceMinister, one of Europe’s largest e-commerce marketplaces, which was later acquired by Rakuten for $250 million. She went on to establish Shopcade, a data-driven social marketplace acquired by Lagardère. Over the years, she has held leadership roles spanning Europe, North America, and six years in Asia Pacific, earning recognition as one of Europe’s Top 50 Women in Tech.
Currently, she serves on the boards of Coca-Cola EuroPacific Partners, Sonepar, and Lightspeed Commerce.
