Publicis Sapient, a digital business transformation company announced the appointment of Jennifer Kilian as Co-Chief Experience Officer.
In this role, Kilian will work alongside Co-Chief Experience Officer Abby Godee, co-leading the experience capability and driving growth in design, innovation and new business creation. She will be based in New York.
Kilian joins Publicis Sapient from McKinsey & Company, where she spent a decade helping business leaders apply design and data science to innovate experiences. She also previously held product, digital and design roles at Apple, Intuit, Facebook, IBM and design and innovation firms Hot Studio and Frog Design.
Kilian has worked across industries to create growth for clients through new companies and digital business transformations globally. Her expertise extends to healthcare, life sciences and health tech, where she has led initiatives to improve patient experience and drive innovation. She holds patents in technology, consumer products and healthcare.
