Prosperr.io, an AI-powered tax and payroll infrastructure platform, has announced the appointment of Saurabh Kansal as Assistant Vice President – Revenue.
In this role, Saurabh will lead Prosperr.io’s revenue charter across enterprise sales, partnerships, and go-to-market execution as the company scales its B2B offerings across India and global markets.
Saurabh brings over 21+ years of experience building and scaling revenue engines across Telecom, HR Tech, SaaS, Agentic AI, and EdTech, spanning early-stage to high-growth organisations. His career includes leadership roles at Reliance Infocomm, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Leena AI, and Univo Education, where he has consistently delivered against ambitious ARR and quota targets.
Over the years, Saurabh has led sales organisations across India, APAC, and EMEA, driving ARR growth from low single-digit millions to $50M+, while setting up high-performing sales teams, scalable playbooks, and partner ecosystems. Known for his data-driven execution style, he brings deep expertise in enterprise sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, and GROW, enabling predictable pipelines, larger deal sizes, and strong account expansion.
Prior to joining Prosperr.io, Saurabh served as SVP – Revenue at Univo Education, where he set up the enterprise business from scratch. Before that, at Leena AI, he played a pivotal role in designing and executing the GTM strategy across the UAE, India, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, expanding operations into five new geographies.
At Leena AI, Saurabh built the sales and partnerships function from the ground up, scaling a 30-member hybrid team across APAC and MENA. He also drove a partner-led GTM strategy with global technology leaders such as SAP, Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, and ADP, with alliances contributing nearly 10% of overall revenue. His efforts resulted in a 50% improvement in win rates, a 4X increase in deal sizes, and 50% faster sales velocity, alongside securing multiple enterprise logos across BFSI, Fintech, E-commerce, Logistics, Hospitality, Media, ITES, and Telecom sectors.
At Prosperr.io, Saurabh will focus on strengthening the enterprise revenue motion, scaling partnerships, refining ICPs, and building repeatable GTM engines to support the company’s growing suite of solutions across Flexible Benefits Plans (FBP), Reimbursements, Payroll-linked tax optimisation, and compliance infrastructure.
