With over 13+ years of leadership experience across high-growth startups and technology-led organizations like Infra.Market, nference, Walmart Labs and Delhivery, Hariom brings deep expertise in people strategy, business transformation and operational scalability. He has successfully built and scaled agile teams, established performance-driven systems, and led several initiatives focused on culture, capability, and growth.
