Postudio, a cloud-based post-production software company, has raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Audacity Venture Capital, a media-tech-focused venture capital firm.
The fresh capital raised will be used for rapid scale-up, product development and expansion of the team.
Dhawal Gusain, Co-founder of Postudio, said, “We’ve scaled quickly in the Indian enterprise segment in a very capital-efficient manner. In 2025, we plan to sustain this momentum and expand into the U.S. market in the second half of this year.”

Our platform already supports key processes like virtual editing, real-time collaboration, and seamless camera-to-edit data transfer. For instance, our AI-driven content localization tool, currently in beta testing with clients, has received promising feedback. Postudio is seeing rapid adoption among media enterprises as well as many independent production houses in India. Postudio is now set to expand its reach globally with a plan to launch in the US market in H2 2025.
The company also has crossed a milestone of $1 million ARR within two years of its launch and plans to double the revenues in 2025 on the back of growing demand for remote collaboration and its commitment to affordability and data security measures.
