PNB MetLife, a life insurance company, announced the appointment of Sanjay Kumar Karnatak as its new Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO), effective August 1, 2024.
As the CITO, Sanjay will drive the company’s technology vision and deliver exceptional customer experiences by overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.
Sanjay is a seasoned IT leader with over two and a half decades of experience, primarily in the insurance industry.
Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Mumbai and an MBA in IT Systems from IMT Ghaziabad.
