PNB Housing Finance announced the appointment of Satish Kumar Singh as Chief People Officer. Amit Singh, currently serving as CPO transitions to Chief Human Resources Officer. PNB Housing Finance has also elevated Bhavya Taneja to Chief Marketing Officer.
Satish Kumar Singh has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer (CPO) of PNB Housing Finance, succeeding Amit Singh, who resigned from the position on April 2, 2025, due to personal reasons . Singh brings over 13 years of experience within the organization, having joined in 2011 as Manager (HR). He has held various roles, including National Head (HR) and, most recently, Chief Operating Officer at PHFL Home Loans & Services Ltd., a subsidiary of PNB Housing Finance.
In his new role, Singh will oversee the human resources function, focusing on learning and development, talent acquisition, and people-centric organizational development.
Bhavya Taneja has been elevated to the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at PNB Housing Finance. With over 15 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, and activations, Taneja has previously held positions at HSBC, Kotak Bank, and IIFL Wealth and Asset Management.
In his new role, Taneja will lead the company’s marketing strategies, focusing on brand, digital, and corporate communications.
Amit Singh, who previously served as the Chief People Officer, has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at PNB Housing Finance. Singh brings 18 years of experience in building performance-led, competitive teams in fast-growing organizations. Before joining PNB Housing Finance, he led the HR department at SBI Mutual Fund and held senior HR roles at IDFC Bank, TCS, and Blue Star InfoTech.
As CHRO, Singh will continue to play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s growth by managing manpower strategy, talent acquisition, learning and development, and sustaining an inclusive work culture.
