Physics Wallah, an education platform, has appointed Ajinkya Jain as the Group General Counsel, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. He is experienced in leading IPOs and holding various roles during merger and acquisition activities, to facilitate the corporate governance and legal compliance at PW.
Before joining PhysicsWallah, he led the IPO of Unicommerce eSolutions Limited in August 2024. His tenure as Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel at Unicommerce eSolutions Limited, along with his role as Associate Director- Legal and Group Company Secretary at AceVector Limited, highlights his adeptness in corporate governance and legal affairs.
He has played a key role during merger and acquisition activities within the PharmEasy group, including the acquisition of Medlife and Thyrocare, and filing the Draft Red Herring Prospectus for PharmEasy. His expertise extends to working on several SME IPOs and providing services at Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited.
Ajinkya holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in commerce. Additionally, he is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
