PerformAce, a martech-powered firm specialised in digital marketing solutions, has announced the appointment of Rishi Bhatnagar as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Rishi brings over 13 years of experience with audit, corporate law, taxation, accounts, and finance. In addition, he has a year of senior operational leadership experience; his track record demonstrates an ability to establish a culture of financial discipline and improve organizational efficiency.
Prior to joining PerformAce, Rishi held senior positions with Grant Thornton (GT) and worked on complex special projects to assist a variety of global clients. For instance, he was accountable for finance process outsourcing, managed accounting functions across multiple locations, and served as Financial Controller responsible for several industries. He is skilled in mapping business requirements, implementing systems to reduce costs, and improving the financial governance of his clients’ businesses to support economically sustainable growth.
While working at Grant Thornton, Rishi successfully established an Audit Software Helpdesk in India for GT member firms, working along with the GTI team and developers for a global audit software helpdesk. He also led initiatives for clients with multinational operations to simplify accounting, reporting, and compliance in heavily regulated operations.
As CFO, Rishi will lead the financial strategy for PerformAce and ensure compliance and risk management while supporting operations excellence. Rishi will build strong financial systems while driving efficiencies that enable the organization to deliver on its vision for sustainable growth.
